The following Notification of Government of India shall be re-published in the extra-ordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette for information of the Public: NOTIFICATION Ministry of Hone Affairs Office Of the Registrar General, Inida, New Delhi, the 26" March, 2019 S.0.1455 (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948), the Central Government herehy declares that a cerisus of the population of India shall be ta ken during the year 2021
The reference date for the census shall, except for the State of Jammu and Kashnir and snow bound nan syrichronous areas of Himachal Pradesh and
Uttarakhand, be 00.00 hours of the first day of March, 2021
