Sub : - Opening of Shops in various districts - Clarification regarding Ref : - 1 . MHA Order No . 40 - 3 / 2020 - DM - I ( A ) dated 1st May 2020 2 . COVID Instant order No 43 dated 3rd May 2020
The Government of India Vide order in ref 1 above and the state Government vide Order 2 above have permitted limited opening of shops . The following orders are issued to clarify and operationalize the same :
