Getting into e-SR by entering our CFMS ID and entering OTP to our Mobile Number ... is now possible!.

Instructions:

Enter CFMS ID (8-digits). To know the CFMS ID, please go to the Employee services link in CFMS site (https://cfms.ap.gov.in)

The Registered Mobile Number will be auto populated based on the CFMS ID entered

Mobile number change will be allowed only once

• Photo (Present).            (JPG/JPEG) Below 256KB
• Photo (at the time of appointment/First page of SR)(JPG/JPEG) Below 256KB     
•  Local certificate/SR local status extract (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG/BMP Formats) below 1MB
• SSC AND ALL ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE
• EACH ONE (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG/BMP Formats) below 1MB
• Bank pass book first page.  (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG/BMP Formats) below 1MB
•  PANCARD.   (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG/BMP Formats) below 1MB
• PRAN/ZPPF/PF.  (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG/BMP Formats) below 1MB
• PF slip can produce as document

• Departmental tests

AP e-Service Book లోని వివరాలు మొదటగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఎవరి వివరాలు వారు పూర్తి చేయాలి.

తర్వాత DDOలు ఉపాధ్యాయులు పూర్తి చేసిన వివరాలను ఉపాధ్యాయులు  ఇచ్చే ప్రింట్ కాపీతో సరిచూసుకొని Head of the Department కు బయోమెట్రిక్ వేసి Forword చేయడం జరుగుతుంది.
