ఇ-సర్వీస్ రిజిష్టర్ డేటా ఎంట్రీ విధానములో మార్పులు చేయాలని DTA కు మరియు తమ పరిధిలోనే ఉద్యోగులందరు 31 డిసెంబర్ 2020 కల్లా నమోదు పూర్తిచేయాలని అందరు HOD లకు సూచనలిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల.

As per the Annexure of the Latest ESR GO
Procedure for upload of ESR...Rule 1-10
It's the complete responsibility of DDO to do ESR.. After completion of DATA entry, the Printout can be given to Employee for cross Verification.
All Pages of Physical SR should be numbered and should be stamped on Each page by DDO.
eSR - Revised Orders
- The Treasury officer/APAO shall cross verify the data uploaded in eSR with the entries in the scanned/ uploaded copy of the physical SR
- and confirm the correctness of Data entry of the following information
- Name of the employee as entered in the SR.
- Date of birth
- Date of initial entry into service.
- Community
- Disabilities, if any
- Latest Pay of the employee(by cross verifying with FLY leaf Register)
- Post held by the employee as on date.
- EL balance of the employee as on date of Upload.
- HPL balance of the employee as on date of Upload.
