Terms relating to disqualification from ammavadi.

 అమ్మఒడికి  అర్హులు కాకపోవడానికి సంబంధించిన  నిబంధనలు.

(1).కుటుంబ ఆదాయం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో నెలకు 10,000/-, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో 12,000/- రూపాయలకు మించి ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే అమ్మ ఒడి  వర్తించదు .

(2) ఒక కుటుంబానికి వెట్ ల్యాండ్ 3 ఎకరాలకు మించి ఉండడంకానీ ,  డ్రై లాండ్ 10 ఎకరాలకు మించి ఉండడంకానీ  లేదా   మొత్తం మీద 10 ఎకరాల కంటే ఎక్కువ పొలం ఉన్న వారికి అమ్మబడి వర్తించదు .

(3) కరెంట్ బిల్ నెలకు 300 యూనిట్ల కంటే ఎక్కువ వినియోగించి  ఉండరాదు . లేదా గత ఆరు నెలలకు సగటున కరెంట్ బిల్లు 1800 యూనిట్లు వినియోగించి  ఉండరాదు .నిర్దేశించిన యూనిట్ల కంటే ఎక్కువ కరెంట్ బిల్ వినియోగించిన వారికి అమ్మఒడి వర్తించదు .

(4) ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు( CFMS ద్వారా శాలరీ పొందుతున్న వారు) , పెన్షన్ దారుల పిల్లలకు  అమ్మవడి వర్తించదు . అయితే ఈ నిబంధన నుంచి శానిటరీ వర్కర్స్ను మినహాయించడం జరిగింది .

(5) 4 చక్రాల వాహనం కుటుంబంలో ఎవరి పేరు న ఉన్న అమ్మ ఒడి వర్తించదు . అయితే ట్రాక్టర్, టాక్సీ, ఆటోలకు ఈ నిబంధన నుండి మినహాయింపు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది .

(6). గతంలో ఆదాయపు పన్ను చెల్లించి ఉన్న (Income tax returns)  అట్టివారికి అమ్మవడి వర్తించదు .

(7) మున్సిపాలిటీలు నందు 1000 స్క్వేర్ ఫీట్ ల కంటే ఎక్కువ స్థలం ఉంటే అట్టివారికి  అమ్మ ఒడి వర్తించదు .

1. Electricity : 

Verify each and every household aadhar number of the applicant house by using the following link   https://apspdcl.in/ConsumerDashboard/serviceDetails.jsp 

Check the Electricity consumption for the last 6 months.

2. Four Wheeler : 

• Mention the vehicle number previously attached to them.
• Take the proof document from Transport department whose name is showing on that particular vehicle.
• Take the proof document (not registered on their names) individually from each member (>18 yrs) of the applicant’s family which is given by the transport department.

3. Land : 

Take the proof document on each member of the applicant’s family from the concerned Tahsildar.

4. CDMA : 

Take the proof document through ERP website by using their assessment number.

5. Income Tax : 

Verify each and every member’s income tax returns of the house by using their PAN card in the following link.

Submit Form 26A of all individuals in the applicant’s family.

6. Govt Employee : 

Take the self declaration from the applicant and check in the DDO website/CFMS website with the help of DDO credentials by using that details are already mentioned in the ineligible category.
