School Education - Teachers transfer counseling-2020 W.P.No.20288 of 2021 & batch -Orders of the Hon'ble High court of A.P. stayed the transfer counselling teachers (who are under compulsory transfers but not effected due to court cases) Certain Instructions - Issued.

ORDER:
The attention of all the Regional Joint Director of School Education/District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 2nd cited, wherein the G.P. for Services-III, Hon'ble High court of A.P. has informed that the counselling process for the transfers of teachers worked in municipal areas has been stayed today by the Hon'ble High court. of A.P.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education/District Educational Officers in the State are requested to stop all further action as per reference 1" read above till further orders. This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
