In the reference 1st and 2nd cited, certain guidelines were issued to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State in regard to promotions to the posts of Schools Assistants and Headmaster Gr-II in Govt. and ZPP/MPP Schools.
The schedule for taking up of promotions to the posts of Schools Assistants and Headmaster Gr-II in Govt. and ZPP/MPP Schools is hereby issued with instructions to adhere the same without any deviation.
Consolidation of all Seniority lists 02-10-2022
Hosting of provisional Seniority list of SGT, School Assistants and its equivalent cadres management wise in the web 07-10-2022
Submission of objections on seniority lists through online 07-10-2022 & 08-10-2022
Examining and disposal of objections by the concerned RJDSE / DEO 09-10-2022
Display of final seniority lists 10-10-2022
Awarding adhoc promotion orders for the post of11-10-2022 HM Gr-II management wise 11-10-2022
Awarding adhoc promotion orders for the post of School Assistants and its equivalent cadres management wise 12-10-2022 & 13-10-2022
The I.T. Cell of this office will facilitate the process of promotions to the teachers up to the cadre of Headmaster Gr-II through online process.
