In continuation to the ref 4th cited, the District Educational Ofcers and the Additional Project Coordinators of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that the list of pending Schools (division wise) furnished from the APEPDCL is herewith communicated to the concerned DEOs & APCs of Samagra Shiksha in the State and are requested to furnish reasons along with specifc remarks of School Wise with UDISE+codes on non payment of electricity bills.
Even after several remainders the DEOs & APCs of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts have not furnished the data which shows gross negligence in the matter.
Therefore the the DEOs & APCs of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts are instructed to furnish the latest updated data with specifc remarks as specifed in the ref 2 nd cited by 19.01.2023 without fail. If information is not received in the stipulated time the issue will be brought to the notice of the SPD, APSS and action will be taken as per rules.
Top priority should be given to this item of work.
