The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Eastern Railway Gorakhpur (NER) has invited online applications for Apprenticeship training, under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1962, in various units of the North Eastern Railway. A total of 1,104 slots have been advertised for.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible, candidates are required to clear class 10th High School with 50% Marks and ITI Certificate in Related Trade / Branch.
Selection process
Candidates eligible for training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be chosen based on a merit list. This list considers the average of marks in both Matriculation (with at least 50% marks) and ITI examination, giving equal importance to both. Candidates can choose more than one unit or place. If their merit position doesn't allow their first choice, they'll get their subsequent choice. Those selected for Document Verification will need to bring their online application copy, Medical Certificate, 4 passport-sized photos, and original certificates for verification. Successful candidates will start their apprentice training at the assigned Division/Unit.
