Yesterday, we have learnt the Action Words Part-1. In continuation to that Part-1, Today we are going to learn Action Words Part-2. Read the Words first, see the picture and then write the words in sentence as given below.

Class 3-5 We Love Reading: తెలుగు కథ : మూడు వరాలు
చాలా రోజుల క్రితం ఒక పల్లెలో ఒక రైతు, అతని భార్య ఉండేవారు.
ఇద్దరూ పొలం పనులు చేసుకుంటూ చాలా కష్ట పడేవారు, కాని యెంత కష్ట పడ్డా బీదరికం తప్పలేదు.
ఒక రోజు పొలం దున్నుతుంటే ఒక బండకి పార తగిలి బద్దలయ్యింది. ఆ బండలో బందీ అయిన ఒక దేవతకి శాప విముక్తి కలిగింది.
ఏంతో కాలంగా రాయి లో ఇరుక్కుపోయి మొత్తానికి ముక్తి చందిన దేవత కృతజ్ఞత తెలుపుకుంటూ రైతుకి, అతని భార్యకి కలిపి మూడు వరాలు ప్రసాదించింది.
భార్య రైతుతో, “డబ్బు అడుగుదాము, డబ్బు ఉంటే అన్నీ అవే సద్దుకుంటాయి” అంది.
రైతు, “వద్దు! హటాత్తుగా అంత డబ్బు వస్తే దొంగలు పడి దోచుకెళ్ళి పోతారు, మనం జాగ్రత్తగా ఆలోచించి వరాలు అడుగుదాము” అన్నాడు.
అలాగే దేవత వాళ్లకు ఒక్క రోజు గడువు ఇచ్చింది.
ఆ రోజు సాయంత్రం భోజనానికి కూర్చున్నప్పుడు పెళ్ళం రైతుతో, “డబ్బే అడగాల్సింది. ఈ రోజు చక్కగా నాటుకోడి కూర తింటే యెంత బాగుండేది!” అని నిట్టూర్పుతో అంది.
వెంటనే వాళ్ళ పళ్ళాలు నాటుకోడి కూరతో నిండి పోయాయి.
రైతు కోపంగా, “అనవసంగా ఒక వరం పాడు చేసావు! ఇప్పుడా కోడికూర నీ ముక్కులో పెట్టుకో!” అని తిట్టాడు.
వెంటనే కూర ఆమె ముక్కులో పోయి ఇరుక్కుంది. ఇద్దరు భయ పడి పోయారు. వెంటనే ముక్కులోంచి కోడి ముక్కలు పోవాలని కోరుకున్నారు.
అలాగే కూర ముక్కలు ముక్కులోంచి మాయం అయిపోయాయి.
అలా ఆలోచించ కుండా నోటికి వచ్చింది అనేసి ఇద్దరు మూడు వరాలనీ వేస్టు చేసుకున్నారు.
ఆ తరువాత తల పట్టుకుని బాధ పడితే మట్టుకు ఏమి లాభం!
