An application to enable all the employees to correct/update their personal details in HRMS & CFMS IS RELEASED .

Employees Personal Details Updation

All employees can check the respective details displayed in the application and correct/update their details by themselves. There is no need of creating incidents in CFMS Helpdesk for correcion of employee masterdata like DOB,family members details ,Name changes etc. All the employees are requested to update the details at the earliest. All the DDOs are requested to coordinate this activity and see that the activity is completed at an earliest date for all the employees who are under their control. Data accuracy is key to success of payroll and other HRMS applications and helps in delivery of employees benifits in time.
Instructions:

Enter CFMS ID (8 digits). To know the CFMS ID, please go to the Employee services link in CFMS site
(https://cfms.ap.gov.in)

The Registered Mobile Number will be auto populated based on the CFMS ID entered

Mobile number change will be allowed only once.

Click on Generate OTP

Enter OTP Sent To your Registered Mobile Number

Click Proceed To Login

NOTE:

This application is intended to correct the errors in the employees personal details which are available in the existing HRMS application.

It proposes to correct the errors in the Employee name, Surname, Spouse name, Date of birth, Date of joining, etc.. in those cases where there is a difference in Service record of the employee and that maintained in the HRMS
