ORDER : In the Budget allocation for the Financial Year 2019 - 20 , for an amount of Rs . 1150 , 00 . 00 lakhs was allocated under " MJH 2235 - SMJH - 60 - MH 200 - Other Programmes - HOD DG & IGP - SH ( 09 ) Financial support to Agri Gold Victims - 310 Grant - in - Aid - 317 - Exgratia Payments "
. 2 . In their Letters r read above , the District Collectors have submitted proposals for sanction of amounts as adjudicated by the Chairman , District Legal Service Authority of the District concerned , so as to enable them for disbursement of the said amount to the Agri Gold Depositors who have deposited Rs . 10 , 000 / - and below .
3 . After careful examination , Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs . 263 , 99 , 00 , 983 / - ( Rupees two hundred and sixty three crores ninety nine lakhs and nine hundred and eighty three only ) to the District Collectors as mentioned below for disbursement of the said amount to the Agri Gold Depositors who have deposited Rs . 10 , 000 / - and below and as adjudicated by the D . L . S . As .
