Sub:-School Education – Samagra Shiksha – Vocational Education –Deputing of CRPs to the neighboring districts to the Vocational Education implementing schools – Orders Issued.
Ref:- SPD Review meeting held on 29.01.2020 with all the VTPs.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators& Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are informed that theState Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh has desired toconduct a visit in all the 437 Vocational Education Implementing Schools inthe state.
In this regard it is decided to utilize the services of the ClusterResource Persons (CRPs) in the state for completing the task.
Therefore the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio ProjectCoordinators & Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha areinstructed to depute the CRPs to the neighboring districts (as annexed) on05.02.2020 and further the District Educational Officers & Ex-OfficioProject Coordinators & Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shikshaare hereby informed to communicate the details of the visits to theconcerned CRPs at the earliest to avoid absentism.
It is further informed that the Additional Project Coordinators ofSamagra Shiksha are directed to give the responsibility to AcademicMonitoring Officers of their respective districts for deputing the CRPs. If anyCRP fails to visit the allotted Vocational Schools should be viewed seriously.
Further the CRPs should send the filled visit proforma in register postto this office duly super scribing on the cover as Vocational Education to thefollowing address:
