స్కూల్ గ్రాంట్లు PD ఆకౌంట్స్ ద్వారా విత్ డ్రా చేసుకోవడంలో HM లు గమనించిన వరకు ఐదు రకాల స్థాయిలలో ఉన్నారు
1. ఇంతవరకు PD ఆకౌంట్స్ సంబంధించిన Tiles రాని వారు
2.Tiles ఉండి process చేయనివారు
3.sanction order వరకు చేసి BLM నందు bill చేయనివారు
4.procees చేసినా year end activity గా ఉన్న వారు
5.procees పూర్తి అయి accounts నందు credit అయిన వారు.
ఇందులో 5 వ వారికి pd account తో పనిలేదు
1.Tiles రాని వారు cfms help desk ద్వారా( క్రింది letter సంబంధిత MEO గారితో సంతకం చేయించి ) SRT create చేసి tiles పొందవచ్చు
ఒకవేళ SRT చేయడం. లెటర్ నందు DDO code MEO కోడ్ వేస్తున్నారు. మీ స్కూల్ DDOకోడ్ వేయాలి.
2 process చేయని వారు మాములుగా PD master scheme నుండి మొదలు పెట్టి చేయాలి
4. వీరికి PD master sheme నందు 2021 తొ కొత్త bills create అయ్యాయి. వీరు వాటి ద్వారా మొత్తం process చేయాలి
3 sanction order వరకు చేసిన వారు ముందుగా sanction order cancellation చేయాలి.దీని కొరకు sanction order cancellation tile create చేసుకోవాలి.
Tile create చేసే విధానంstep by step
Sanction order work flow...Reports... + ...Position... sanction order cancellation...HM cfms id select చేసి save చేస్తే
sanction order cancellation అనే tile వస్తుంది.
Cancel చేసే విధానం
ముందుగా sanction order print తీసుకొని దానిపై cancelled అని రాసి hm సంతకం చేసి pdf scan చేసుకోవాలి.
sanction order cancellation తీసుకొని sanction order no వేసి display క్లిక్ చేసి order cancellarion క్లిక్ చేసి reason దగ్గర 04 other entry చేసి details దగ్గర cancel అని టైప్ చేసి pdf చేసి పెట్టిన order ను upload చేసి save దగ్గర క్లిక్ చేస్తే order cancel అవుతుంది.
మళ్ళీ order create చేసుకొని bill submit చేయవచ్చు
