కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రధాన్ మంత్రి మాతృ వందన యోజన పథకాన్ని అందిస్తోంది. ఈ స్కీమ్ కింద అర్హులైన లబ్ధిదారులు రూ.5 వేలు పొందొచ్చు. మీరు ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా కూడా ఈ స్కీమ్‌లో చేరొచ్చు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఎన్నో రకాల స్కీమ్స్ అందిస్తోంది. వీటిల్లో ప్రధాన్ మంత్రి మాతృ వందన యోజన కూడా ఒకటి. ఇప్పటికే లక్షల మంది మహిళలు ఈ పథకంలో చేరారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ పథకం కింద అర్హులైన మహిళలకు రూ.5 వేలు అందిస్తోంది. ఇవి నేరుగా లబ్ధిదారుల బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల్లోకి వచ్చి చేరతాయి. అయితే ఈ రూ.5 వేలు ఒకేసారి రావు. విడత వారీగా మహిళల బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల్లో జవుతుంది. ప్రెగ్నెంట్ మహిళలకు అందరికీ ఈ స్కీమ్ వర్తిస్తుంది. 19 ఏళ్ల కన్నా ముందే ప్రెగ్నెంట్ అయితే ఈ స్కీమ్ వర్తించదు.

తొలి విడత కింద రూ.1000 వస్తాయి. తర్వాత రెండో విడత కింద రూ.2 వేలు లభిస్తాయి. అలాగే చివరి విడతలో మరో రూ.2 వేలు వస్తాయి. ఇలా మొత్తం రూ.5 వేలు మహిళల బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల్లోకి వచ్చి చేరుతుంది. అయితే కేంద్ర రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలు చేసే వారికి ఈ స్కీమ్ వర్తించదు.

మీరు ఈ స్కీమ్‌లో చేరాలంటే ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో నేరుగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. లేదంటే మీ ఆశా వర్కర్ మిమ్మల్ని ఈ స్కీమ్‌లో చేర్పిస్తారు. www.pmmvy-cas.nic.in లింక్ ద్వారా మీరు నేరుగా స్కీమ్ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లోకి వెళ్లొచ్చు. అక్కడ బెనిఫీషియరీ లాగిన్ అని ఉంటుంది. రిజిస్టర్ చేసుకొని లాగిన్ అవ్వాలి.

Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) Scheme :

Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) is a maternity benefit programme which is implemented in all the districts of the country following the provision of the National Food Security Act, 2013. This programme was launched in the year 2017, and it is implemented by the Ministry of Women and Child Development. Under the programme, the government aims to give a cash incentive of Rs 5000 to pregnant women and lactating mothers for the first living child of the family subject to their fulfilling specific conditions relating to Maternal and Child Health. Generally, the cash incentive is given to all women who have attained 19 years of age, except who have received paid maternity leave.

Under PMMVY, a cash incentive of Rs. 5000/- would be provided directly in the account of Pregnant Women(PW) and Lactating Mothers (LM) for first living child of the family subject to their fulfilling specific conditions relating to Maternal and Child Health.

Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY)

PMMVY is a maternity benefit programme, that aims to offer cash incentives to all the eligible Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.

The Government offers Rs. 5,000 to Pregnant women and lactating mothers for the first living child family with an objective to fulfill specific conditions relating to maternal and child health.

The cash incentive is given to all the eligible women who are above 19 years in age in three instalments -first, second and third- for Rs.1,000, Rs.2,000 and ₹ 2,000 respectively.

Offline procedure to avail Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana
The first step is to register yourself under this scheme. You can register yourself by visiting the nearby Anganwadi Centre (AWC)/ approved Health facility. within 150 days of application submission.
Fill an application form 1-A or PMMVY form which is available at the Anganwadi Centre (AWC)/ approved Health facility. The application form is available for free of cost, and you can also download it online from the website of the Ministry of women and child development. submit the application form with required documents and undertaking/consent duly signed by you and your husband. at Anganwadi Centre (AWC)/ approved Health facility.
You are eligible to claim the second installment after 180 days of pregnancy after submitting Form 1-B with a copy of MCP card, which also shows at least one ANC.
To claim the third installment, you will have to submit Form 1-C with a copy of childbirth registration report, a copy of the MCP card which shows that child has received the first cycle of immunization.

Know how to apply Online for Availing Maternity Benefits Under PMMVY

Visit pmmvy website https://pmmvy-cas.nic.in and log in into the PMMVY software using the scheme facilitator’s (AWC/approved health facility) login details.

Click on ‘New Beneficiary’ tab for registering under the scheme by filling in the details as per the Beneficiary Registration Form (also called Application Form 1A). You can follow the instructions provided in PMMVY CAS User Manual for filling the form.

After 6 months of pregnancy, again log in into the PMMVY CAS software and click on ‘Second Instalment’ tab and fill Form 1B following the instructions given in the user manual.

After the birth of the child and the completion of his/her first cycle of immunization of CG, OPV, DPT and Hepatitis B, log in into the PMMVY CAS software and click on ‘Third Instalment’ tab and fill Form 1C following the instructions given in the user manual.
