All teachers working in the school are responsible for uploading photos in the IMMS app.

Attention of RJDs/ DEOs/ ADs. You are aware that the IMMS app and Dashboard has been developed and deployed as per instructions of HCM for close monitoring of Jagananna and school sanitation due to the fact that these two programs are directly related to the nutrition, physical & mental health and better learning outcomes of students.
1. However, Certain HMs and other field officials have brought to the notice of senior officials of the School Education Department that the capturing of photos of the toilets in IMMS App in a daily manner in schools, especially high schools with more toilets consume long time of the HMs and thereby the time spent on academic activities- related role is reduced.
2. The matter was discussed and the time taken for capturing of photos in the IMMS app was practically checked in a school by higher officials of the Department.
3. After detailed discussion on the time taken for capturing photos in app, it is decided that HMs may assign the capturing of photos to all teachers through the HM' login in such a way that all teachers in the school will be given responsibility to capture photos on rotation basis, without burdening HM or any particular teacher concerned.
4. For example, if four blocks of toilets are available in school, each teacher may be designated for a block or two on a particular day depending on the break available to that teacher.
5. Boys block will be given responsibility for male teachers and girls block for female teachers.
6. The concerned HM shall prepare the daily schedule for the teachers in a week/ fortnight/ month by ensuring that all teachers get equal opportunity/ responsibility.
7.The same is applicable for Mid Day Meal inspections and photos capturing also.
8. CRPs also may be given responsibility on rotational basis.
9. However, It is the ultimate responsibility of the concerned HM to ensure that photos related to Sanitation are captured in the IMMS app any time in a day under TMF module and inspections are done and details are entered along with photos related to MDM are filled up as per the schedule of inspections

3. యాప్‌లో ఫోటోలను క్యాప్చర్ చేయడానికి తీసుకున్న సమయం గురించి వివరణాత్మక చర్చ తర్వాత, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు తమ పాఠశాలలోని అందరూ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల లాగిన్ ద్వారా ఫోటోల క్యాప్చర్‌ను అప్పగించాలని నిర్ణయించబడింది, తద్వారా స్కూల్లోని టీచర్లందరికీ క్యాప్చర్ చేసే బాధ్యత ఉంటుంది. రొటేషన్ ప్రాతిపదికన ఫోటోలు తీయడం వల్ల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు మరియు సంబంధిత ఉపాధ్యాయులకు భారం లేకుండా ఉంటుంది.

6. సంబంధిత ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ సమాన అవకాశం/ బాధ్యత లభించేలా చూసుకోవడం మరియు వారానికి/ పక్షం/ నెలలో ఉపాధ్యాయుల కోసం రోజువారీ షెడ్యూల్‌ను సిద్ధం చేయాలి.
7. మధ్యాహ్న భోజన తనిఖీలు మరియు ఫోటోలు క్యాప్చర్ చేయడానికి కూడా ఇది వర్తిస్తుంది.
8. రొటేషన్ ప్రాతిపదికన CRP లకు కూడా బాధ్యత ఇవ్వవచ్చు.
