Sub:- School Education – Promotions to the eligible School Assistants to the post of Head Master under ZP/GOVT Managements - Tentative Schedule issued - Reg.
Ref:- Instructions issued in Webex Meeting Dated:-20-09-2021 by the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi.
In Pursuance of the instructions issued in the ref cited, the following Tentative Schedule is hereby issued to take up the Promotions to the eligible School Assistants to the post of Head Master under ZP/GOVT Managements.
1. Preparation of Seniority list of SA’s under ZP Management and display in the District Website - 29-09- 2021
2. Last Date of Submission of appeals if any - 04-10- 2021
3. Verification of appeals and finalization of seniority - 05-10-2021 to 07-10- 2021
4. Submission of Final Seniority list to RJDSE, Guntur for approval - 08-10-2021
Further, the District Educational Officers in the zone are requested to submit the vacancies of Head Masters in Govt Schools with the above information.
This work should be given top priority.
