Reconstitution of Parent Committees Guidelines issued Reg Rc.16021 Dt:04.09.21 PC Schedule Guidelines.

2 Guidelines for reconstitution of parent committees
The attention of the District Education ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are invited to the reference 1st cited and it is informed that Government have issued schedule for reconstitution of the parent committees in the state as the tenure of the present parent committees will be completed by 22.09.2021.
It is instructed to issue necessary instructions to all the DYEOs, MEOs and concerned school Headmasters to follow the schedule and guidelines issued in the ref 1st & 2nd cited.
Therefore all the District Education ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are instructed to follow the schedule in the ref 1st cited without any deviation.
This should be treated as most urgent.

- ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ HM నిర్వహించాలి.
- కనీసం 50% Parents PC Election ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియకు హాజరు కావలెను.
- ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ సాధారణంగా చేతులు ఏత్తడం/నోటితో చెప్పడం ద్వారా జరపాలి.అసాధారణ పరిస్థితులలో మాత్రమే Secret Ballot ఉపయోగించాలి.
- Mother/Father/Guardian లో ఎవరో ఒక్కరు మాత్రమే ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనే దానికి అర్హులు.
- తల్లి తండ్రులకు వేర్వేరు తరగతులలో విద్యార్థులు ఉంటే వారు ఆయా తరగతుల PC. ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనవచ్చు.
- PC సభ్యులుగా ఎంపిక కాబడిన వారు, వారి Chairmen &Vice chairmen ను ఎంపిక చేయాలి. Chairmen &Vice chairman లో ఒకరు Disadvantage group కు చెందినవారు.మరొకరు మహిళ అయి ఉండాలి.
- Local Bodies కు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న వారు కానీ, అపాఠశాల HM కానీ, Asst teacher కానీ. PC ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనుటకు అనర్హులు.
- Weaker Section ,BC, Minorities మరియు OC Parents వార్షిక ఆదాయం RS 60 000 లోపు ఉండాలి.
- ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియకు ఎవరయినా విఘాతం కలిగించినచో వారిపై చట్టపరమయిన చర్యలు తీసుకోన బడుతాయి. There should not be any political interference.
- MRO,MPDO,VRO,VRA లు ఎన్నికల Observers. గా రావచ్చును.
- Disadvantages & weaker section నుంచి సభ్యులు దొరకనపుడు It can be filled as per existing Rules of Reservation.
- PC ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనే voters వారి ID Cards(. Aadhar card /Ration card) తప్పక తీసుకు రావాలి.
